Grape variety with strong tropical scents, including pineapple, mango, banana, and complexed by notes of bread crust. Excellent pairing to tuna steaks, salmon, fish soups and aged cheeses.

The white flowers, green citrus fruits and Mediterranean herbs notes make the Fiano the most elegant white grape variety in southern Italy. Recommended on raw seafood, blue cheeses, grilled fish.

Uva di Troia, vinified in rosé, gives life to hints of fresh spices and small red fruits. A different rosé than usual, to be paired with salmon steaks and carefree aperitifs.
