Description

Apulian grape variety that in its name contains its characteristics: Negro as in Latin dark coloured and Amaro as pleasantly bitter to taste, making it suitable for any meal. Excellent also in blend with other wines or in the production of rosè wines.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby-dark garnet red color, with almost black reflections. On the nose, hints of dark flowers and small black berry fruits, with light hints of tobacco. In the mounth it is dry and pleasantly bitterish. It has no sugar residue.
Pairing

Traditional Apulian dishes, game, baked meats, legume soups or mixed summer grills. It is also recommended on cutting boards of cured meats and medium-aged cheese.
